President Andrew Jackson. It describes the many things he did while in office,
including that “he used armed troops to collect taxes, refused to enforce
legislation and supreme court legislation, and hired and fired his staff based
on support in elections.” It is important that students understand who Andrew
Jackson was and what his motives were, because he was the president at the time
of the Indian Removal Act. This video will help students become well rounded on
